How did the Stamps Scholarship help shape your undergraduate experience?
The Stamps Scholarship was the reason I choose LSU. Since then, it has allowed me to meet amazing high-achieving groups of people from around the country and within my own university. It has also provided me with countless mentors within the LSU Honors College and encouraged me to enhance my classroom studies with real-world experiences.

Knowing what you know now, what advice would you give your freshman self?
I would tell my freshman self to take full advantage of enrichment funds and study abroad more than once.

Who has had the greatest impact on you throughout your college career and how so?
As the number of Stamps Scholars at LSU has been growing, we have started to form out our own little niche within the university. We have a truly wonderful mentor within the Honors College, Drew Arms. She has been with me since my first day of freshman year encouraging me to push the limits of my academic experience and, without her, I wouldn’t be standing here today graduating with full College Honors and with so many unique experiences under my belt.

Please share your most memorable Stamps Scholar experience.
There’s almost too many to count. Stamps has allowed me to meet so many of my peers from across the country and learn from them to help improve LSU. I have attended two national conferences, one regional conference, and one leadership conference, and they have all helped me grow as a leader and develop an expansive national network.

Plans after graduation?
I will be working full time at Albemarle here in Baton Rouge.
