Degree: B.A. in Economics and Political Science
How did the Stamps Scholarship help shape your undergraduate experience?
The Stamps Scholarship allowed me to study abroad at Oriel College of the University of Oxford and spend time in Israel, the West Bank, and Jordan. It also introduced me to a vibrant and inspiring community of scholars both at Notre Dame and across the country, for which I am forever grateful.
Knowing what you know now, what advice would you give your freshman self?
Take every moment for what it is. Every semester is a new experience, profoundly different from the one that came before. Looking ahead is important, but do not let it distract you from the present: each moment matters and deserves to be appreciated.
Who has had the greatest impact on you throughout your college career and how so?
My parents and my grandfather had the greatest impact on my college career. They were my constant cheerleaders and supported me at every low point. Perhaps most importantly, they knew when to challenge me when I failed to live up to my own standards. I am so thankful for their companionship and guidance.
What comes next?
I will be working as an Associate in the Boston Consulting Group’s Chicago office.
