How did the Stamps Scholarship help shape your undergraduate experience?
The Stamps Scholarship set my attitude at USC from day one with an innate feeling of fearlessness and drive. It made me want to take on leadership roles and travel the world from the get go, and those decisions freshmen year paved the way for an amazing four years at USC.

Tell us a piece of wisdom you’ve learned over the past four years.
God gave us each two ears and one mouth; the ratio speaks for itself.

Who has had the greatest impact on you throughout your college career and how so?
An endless fountain of wisdom, my mom has always been there for me. For every outrageous idea I have run ever past her, she has done nothing but encourage me to pursue it the absolute fullest. My ambition stems from her motivation.

What’s your favorite Stamps Scholar memory?
With the Stamps enrichment fund I was able to take an unpaid internship in Dublin with a small business the summer after freshman year. And following the program, I was able to backpack across Europe for the remainder of the summer. I learned more about business, about relationships, and about myself in those three months than any other time in my life.

What comes next?
I am super excited to start work at Apple in October in their finance rotational program. For the month of September, however, I plan to take a flight to Europe and make my way around the world to somehow end up back Los Angeles. No plan…just one step at a time.
